After months of collaboration with North Dakota CTE and XAP (the maker of RUReady.ND.gov), making updates to Compass, and integrating with RUReady for ND schools, our new and improved platform is ready to go!
This means that employers can now get in front of every student in ND and have even more options for building skills and connections with future workers (including the ability to offer work-based learning opportunities). Students have access to career planning tools and can learn about local companies and their careers and apply for work-based learning. Finally, schools have access to company contact information from across the state.
To access the new system as an employer create an account by going to https://compass.goldenpath.net/signup/newemployer. If you’re a ND student you can access Compass by going to PowerSchool, going into RUReady and clicking on the Compass assessment. If you’re a career advisory, counselor, or teacher, log into the Professional Center for new tools.
