I had the pleasure of spending time with podcaster Mike Seminary on his show “Mike Seminary and Friends,” talking along with Wayde Sick, Director of North Dakota Career & Technical Education, about the work Golden Path and ND CTE are doing together to help students connect with employers for work-based learning and long term career development. Wayde and his team helped coordinate Golden Path’s work with XAP and their tool RUReady.ND.gov to deliver a solution that we hope doesn’t just help students get real-world experiences, but also help our employers and ultimately our state get connected with their future workforce.
