If you’re an employer and you want to understand more about how Compass works and how it can help you connect with and develop your future workforce, we’ll be holding a series of workshops in cities across the state to show you how! We’ll get your account set up, walk you through how to use our Connections Database to connect with schools across the state, help you set up Work-based Learning opportunities, and help you understand how to use Career Profiles to develop your future workforce. Each session will be for 2 hours in the afternoon, and will also give you a chance to meet school professionals who are getting up to speed on RUReady.ND.gov and the new Work-based Learning module.
