It was fantastic getting the opportunity to be part of a 1 Million cups meeting in Bismarck in late March. It was great seeing a people in person at the Dakota Stage while observing social distancing, and a large group online. Fun to see the group continue to grow!
I had the opportunity to present Golden Path Solutions, what we can do to help workforce development in the Bismarck/Mandan area, and also our progress since we presented back in 2019. While I was there, I also learned about an innovative new initiative led by the Bismarck/Mandan Public School’s called Innovation Pathway.
The Innovation Pathway is comprised of fourteen learners with passions & skills in graphic design, welding, construction, auto tech, aviation, art, and electronics. Their goal is to leverage their skills to support projects for local companies. This provides a great win for the company while providing invaluable experiences for the learners. Companies can nominate their project HERE.
