Choosing the Employer Membership That’s Right For You

Membership renewals for many of our employers are right around the corner and we want to be sure you’re finding the membership that’s best for you!

Thanks to four unique paid employer membership levels, you can find a combination of services and features that meet your company’s needs for building your future workforce. By renewing now, we can get started on your strategy development, Career Profiles, and other services so you’re ready to connect with students this fall.

Here’s a helpful membership overview to help you choose the employer membership that’s right for you:

Awareness Membership ($500/year)

Are you looking to share your company with schools and students and drive awareness of your careers and industry? This membership does just that. It includes unlimited employer-written Career Profiles, the ability to share information in Compass, and helpful marketing materials.

Connections Membership ($1,800/year)

Do you have a fantastic career program that benefits students, such as tuition reimbursement? We’ll personally introduce you to students who might be a great fit for your available careers and highlight your student-focused incentives. This membership also includes everything at the previous level, introductions to students, and one professionally written Career Profile.

Premium Membership ($5,000/year)

Are you looking to reach more students, but need a solid plan? This personalized membership features a strategy deep dive to help you reach the best-for-you schools, set up tuition reimbursement programs, develop work-based learning opportunities, and make the most of your career fair experiences. This membership also includes everything at the previous levels, strategy development sessions, and three professionally written Career Profiles.

Partnership Membership ($10,000/year)

Let us serve as an extension of your team, providing support and resources throughout the year. This membership is best for those employers seeking multiple strategy sessions and monthly meetings, progress tracking, updates, personalized connections with school professionals, and more.   This membership also includes everything at the previous levels, ongoing strategy development and execution support, and five professionally written Career Profiles.

Every membership level

At every level, the benefits renew each year, so that means more new Career Profiles (in addition to your current ones!), new strategy sessions, more student introductions, etc. All renewing employers also receive an optional 30-minute consult to explore ways to improve your Compass profile, discuss new Compass features and how they could help, how to partner with postsecondary schools, and more.
